For my company that uses mainly a B2B marketing model, the best follow-up is by
continuing to educate our customers on what we're doing by referring them to our
blogs and ebooks. Not only that, but we check in to make sure everything's
running smoothly, and they are satisfied with the services we are providing.

For a customer to continuing buying your product or services, you need to
interact, serve and follow up with them. Ask them for feedback and provide

Contact via email for follow ups, such as reviews of product they purchased, or
their overall experience when shopping with us. 

Great customer service - answering messages from them on live chats/messaging
bots asap, to ensure their needs are met and we don't lose them as customers. 

Encourage them to keep coming back by ensuring they always have the best
possible experience.
