BEFORE YOU START

You can use this service to report a non-emergency repair for a council
property, including communal areas.

 * You need a UK mobile phone number or email address to request the repair
   online.
 * You should only report one problem at a time.

! Warning: If you suspect you have a gas leak, you must report it immediately by
calling 020 7974 4444.
! Warning: For other emergency repairs, please see customer services contact
details page.
What is an emergency?

Repairs are an emergency if they could:

 * be dangerous to your or others' health and safety
 * cause serious damage and destruction to the property

Examples of emergency repairs include:

 * collapsing floor
 * collapsing ceiling
 * water leaking onto electrics

Between 1 October to 30 April you should report a complete lack of heating as an
emergency. Review the heating checklist.
