SUMMARY

This training is designed for all Finance and Accounting professionals who would
want to learn concepts of Data Visualisation and its applicability in day to day
business.

This class will help participants by working on large data sets and complex
calculation through understanding data statistically, creating dashboards,
dynamic formulas, advanced Power BI techniques, and many more to create
meaningful and insightful information using Power BI.

This class will also help the participants to learn concepts of Business
Intelligence and its tools in today’s market with focus mostly on Power BI.
Power BI is a Data Visualisation and Business Intelligence tool that converts
data from different data sources to interactive dashboards and BI reports. These
set of services are used by business users to present data using complex
calculations and build BI reports.

Our expert trainer will work with all the participants on huge data sets and
practical examples to help them relate to real life analytical problems and
optimum approach to its solutions. Hands on exercises will be given helping all
the participants to master these functionalities and apply them in a meaningful
way.


LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of the class the participants will be able to increase productivity
and enhance efficiency in their day to day work by generating better insights of
various types of data that they have.

Participants will be able to analyse their financial data in a meaningful way to
draw further insights and decision making. The aim of the training is to make
them self reliant on data mining and slicing and dicing the data for further
analysis and interpretation using Business Intelligence Tools

In addition participants will be able to express the data graphically and in
dynamic way that helps them to represents complex data sets through best visual
representations for senior management and steer committees


BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SERIES

This is a new course added to our Business Intelligence Series. Please note that
you have the option to continue with the second part of this Power BI course -
Advanced Power BI: Data Visualization & Insights Generation after this.


REQUIREMENTS

Computer with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI should be installed before
this session.

You should have intermediate knowledge on the use of Power BI or have attended
Data Analytics with Power BI before joining this class.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills is required for this class.
