GOLD REWARDS: Rewards earnings are subject to the Key Gold Rewards Terms and
Credit Card Terms in Customer Agreement.

5% BACK: Cardholders Earn 5% in Reward Dollars for each $1.00 of Net Eligible
Purchases made on your Card at Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery
Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, and Mark & Graham stores,
catalogs, or online (collectively referred to as "Williams Sonoma Stores").

4% BACK / 1% BACK: 4% back in rewards on Net Eligible purchases made at grocery
stores. You will also earn 4% back in rewards on purchases made at restaurants,
excluding fast food restaurants, but including food delivery services. Grocery
purchases made at gas stations, convenience stores, warehouse clubs, discount
stores, and super stores (or at grocery stores associated with discount or super
stores) and purchases made at fast food restaurants will earn 1% back in
rewards. Earnings will be applied based on the merchant category code used by
the merchant who reports a transaction. Merchants determine their merchant
category code with their acquirer, which could impact the qualified rewards
earn. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Capital One are not responsible for merchant
category codes used by merchants.

SILVER REWARDS: You must provide your registered Key phone number at checkout,
both online and in store, to earn Silver rewards. Silver rewards are earned once
an item is purchased in store or is shipped and billed. Purchases made with a
Private Label Credit Card or Co-Branded Credit Card (such as your west elm,
Pottery Barn, or Williams Sonoma Key Rewards Visa) are not eligible for Silver
rewards. Williams Sonoma Wine Club purchases are not eligible for rewards.
Rejuvenation is not included in The Key Rewards at this time. You may apply your
Rewards toward promotions and sale items. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
The point expiration period is 24 months for The Key. Other exclusions and

DOUBLE REWARDS: New customers earn an additional 5% back in Reward Dollars for
purchases made at Williams-Sonoma, Inc, Brands during the first 30 days from
account opening.

**EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS

PROMOTIONAL FINANCING: Promotional financing available on qualifying purchases
of $750 or more, excluding shipping and tax, made on an approved Pottery Barn
Key Rewards, Williams Sonoma Key Rewards, West Elm Key Rewards or The Key
Rewards Visa or Store Card, issued by Capital One, N.A. Your account must be
open and current to be eligible for this offer.  For eligible purchases, the
purchase amount is divided into 12 equal monthly payments and will be assessed a
0% APR effective for 12 months or until the purchase is paid in full. This
special repayment term will be added to your normal minimum payment due on
non-promotional Credit Plans. If you do not make the suggested equal payments
under the program and the purchase is not paid in full after 12 months, the
standard variable purchase APR of 27.99-29.99% will apply to your remaining
program balance.  The advertised monthly payment amount is rounded to the
nearest dollar, and does not include taxes, shipping or ancillary
charges. Promotional financing availability may be limited in certain stores.
Rewards are not earned on promotional financing purchases. Key Rewards
Visa: Purchase APR: 27.99% variable; Balance Transfer APR: 27.99% variable; Cash
Advance APR: 27.999% variable. Cash Advance Fee: greater of 4% of advance amount
or $10; Balance Transfer Fee:  3% of the amount of each transferred balance that
posts to your account. Key Rewards Card: Purchase APR: 29.99% variable. Variable
APRs as of 9/25/22. Subject to credit approval; based on your creditworthiness,
some options may not be available and other terms may apply.

BIRTHDAY REWARDS: $25 Birthday rewards certificate will be issued during your
birthday month and delivered via email. To be eligible, you must make a purchase
in the previous 12 months starting 1 month(s) prior to your birthday. You must
have a valid email address and U.S. mailing address on file. New accounts opened
during your birthday month or previous month will receive birthday reward
beginning the following calendar year. Account must be open and current.

eligible purchases in-store or online at Williams Sonoma using a Pottery Barn
Key Rewards, Williams Sonoma Key Rewards, West Elm Key Rewards or The Key
Rewards Visa or Store Card.
