Checking in experience was terrible! I recommend that the people that are
checking people in should actually visit the rooms to understand the
differences of each room.

NEVER AGAIN.
My 3 friends and I reserved a room with 2 beds for one night. Check in is
at 4, arrived at 4:10 and they had NO rooms left with double beds.
Convinced us to take the king bed with a rollaway, which barely fit in the
room. Promised to refund the difference in room rate and provide free
breakfast for the 4 of us. They did neither of those things and were VERY
rude when we asked them about it in the morning. They told me they couldn't
refund any of the cost because I prepaid for the room. The room that wasn't
even available when I got there!
Never again will I stay there and will be letting everyone know how awful
it was.

JULY 19TH WEEKEND REVIEW
We had a great stay this past weekend. The hotel is perfectly located to be
able to walk to restaurants and shops. Our room could have been better but
I made the mistake of booking through a 3rd party so I get it. It was an
adjoining room which resulted in our room not having a closet, iron or
ironing board. We did call to get an iron delivered and we received it
within 5 minutes. I would definitely consider staying here.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY FOR CHICAGO COUPLES TRIP
Hotel & Staff was very accommodating. River Walk provided beautiful scenery
and location was easily accessible to other parts of the city. Will

Check in was delayed due to no rooms being available. Extra activity fee
was added. Credit was provided in the same amount as activity fee and could
be used on food or beverage. Cost of food and beverage at hotel was
exorbitant e.g. $15 for bottle of juice.

BEAUTIFUL STAY!
My wife and I wanted to spend some time in the city for a night out and not
have to drive back to the burbs. The Sheraton on the river is the place to
be if you want to be in the middle of the action. The riverwalk is right
there and Navy Pier is just a few blocks away. The hotel staff is great and
the offer numerous dining and drink options there at the hotel. We had a
beautiful view of the river and Lake Michigan also. Highly recommended by

PERFECT LOCATION
We love the location and the view . It is an older hotel but the staff is
friendly and ambience is pretty and the bar, and the parking deck is easy
to use. The resort charge they have to charge you the 25$ you either have
to use it or lose it is kinda of ridiculous . Rooms are descent they need
some help ours smelled kinda bad but the bed were clean bathrooms were ok.
I would stay again though. It’s close to a lot of things on that end of
Michigan and the river walk and pier ect .
