LEFT PANEL

The left panel gives you quick access to tasks, recent items and online help

 1. TASKS
    
    The top icon depicting a list (shown left) is a shortcut to your tasks. By
    default any tasks linked to the current record you are viewing will be show
    at the top of the list and then below that tasks that need the most
    attention. At the bottom of the task pane you will see a set of buttons
    allowing you to "Create a Task" and to "View All Tasks". (you may need to
    scroll down to view these)
    
    If you create a task then that task will automatically be linked to the
    record you are currently viewing. This makes it easier to jump to the
    relevant record later when reviewing your tasks.
    
    Because the left panel has limited space, it cannot display all of your
    tasks. To view all tasks, use the view all tasks button which will take you
    to a screen where you can see, filter and search all tasks linked to you. If
    you have permissions to, then you can also see other people’s tasks in this
    screen.
    
    

 2. NOTIFICATIONS
    
    Any system notifications will appear in this panel until they are dismissed
    or otherwise actioned. This also includes any task reminders you set
    yourself when creating tasks in the CRM system.

 3. CALENDAR
    
    This button gives you access to the CRM calendar. Here your tasks are
    display in a calendar view based on when the task is due.

 4. RECENT ITEMS
    
    The recent items button will show you the last 10 items in the Altido CRM
    system that you have interacted with (e.g. viewing a recording, editing a
    record, adding a new record, etc).

 5. USERS
    
    This button allows you to gain access to the users list in the CRM system.
    If you have the appropriate level of permission you can manage the system's
    users from this list including adding, editing, and removing users.

 6. HELP
    
    The help icon will take you to the online help system, which will provide
    guidance on how to use the various aspects of the Altido CRM system.


MAIN MENU

Navigation around the CRM platform is achieved via the main menu bar at the top
of the screen. The options available within the menu may vary depending on the
customisations that have been installed and the permissions you have been
assigned as a user of the system.

Menu items with a down arrow indicate a sub-menu is available that you can view
when you hover your mouse over it.
