We
Since its inception in 1993, Helmsion Engineering has built ourself into a
leading total solution provider of projects, equipment and services for the
mechanical handling and hoisting businesses in all industries. We have proven
ourselves as the trusted provider for mechanical handling and lifting equipment
as below:

With more than 30 years experiences, we have developed and refined our product
range to cover automated cranes (can be incorporated into any automatic flexible
manufacturing system). We have on many occasions being invited to make
recommendations in the application of lifting systems) in our clients’ plant
layout. The clients include construction sites, shipyards, container yards,
container terminals, manufacturing plants, aviation workshops and hangars.

What We
Do
Helmsion Engineering manufactures quality lifting equipment for all material
handling requirements regardless of size and load capacity. We are committed to
provide our customers with best solutions and services.

Our company is equipped with modern design software to work out the optimum
solution for low to heavy duty operation. The right equipment will be
conceptualized, designed and manufactured to provide a safe operation and yet
not excessive in cost. With the understanding of clients’ usage, the installed
crane system or material handling equipment will be designed for reliable use
and yet low maintenance requirement.

We offer quality electric overhead travelling cranes (EOT cranes), gantry
cranes, slewing jib cranes equipped with either chain hoists, wire rope hoists
or electric winches suitably designed to meet any duty and space constraints.
The designed lifting equipment come with various configurations like single
girder or double girder overhead design, full portal or semi-portal gantry
cranes, underhung or suspension cranes. Or just a plain monorail crane or fixed
hoist installation.

To ensure that our equipment installed and commissioned are adequately look
after, we offer cranes services such as maintenance, repair, crane inspection,
load testing and operators’ training. Our range of lifting hoists; ranging from
chain hoists, wire rope hoists, lifting winches, coupled with the travelling
components like drive units and wheels and the electrical components will be
used on the crane systems. Adequate spares will be kept in our premise to
support the maintenance and servicing of the equipment. Our service department
is also fully equipped to carry out crane audit, refurbishment & modification
and crane relocation. Adding or replacement of remote radio control, overload
devices and fall protection systems are frequent requests from clients. Helmsion
Engineering offer a one-stop hassle-free service to the satisfaction of all
material handling needs and requirements.
