HELLO, WE’RE LBA

We specialise in food safety and health & safety in a range of commercial areas.
Our clients include caterers, retailers, manufacturers, schools, events and
private members clubs.

We are an established consultancy with over 30 years experience. We pride
ourselves on providing a professional service with accurate advice. Our team is
built from industry professionals including chartered environmental health
practitioners.

Our service supports businesses in their development and management of food
safety and health & safety operations. We are passionate about developing
systems that work in practice for our clients.

Clients are often with us for a long time and trust us to work within their
businesses on a range of supporting activities for example, staff training,
management of external contractors and liaison with regulatory bodies.

Our work leads us into more diverse activities such as customer service,
effective communication, fire safety, nutrition and allergens.

OUR TRAINING

We provide accredited and tailored training to suit your needs and train
to levels 1-4. We cover training in food, health & safety, fire, first aid,
effective communication and more.

We’ve added some new courses to our portfolio, why not try effective catering
management or effective communication.

The centre has consistently high pass rates in all levels of training.

Our courses run in venues around Essex, always include refreshments, lunch and

SCHOOL SUPPORT

We support school catering operations with management systems, catering manager
development, in-house training, menu planning, audits, advice and guidance. In
the wider school operation we can provide whole school training in food safety
and health and safety.

FOOD SAFETY

We can support with your food safety needs and offer a range of services. Our

support, improving hygiene ratings to development of management systems and
staff training.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Being legally compliant isn’t always straightforward. We can assess where you

FIRST AID & FIRE SAFETY

We can assist in needs assessments on first aid and fire wardens and provide
training in the skills required. Our courses are hands on to ensure staff come
