MCIS Portal

Mineral Certification Information (MCIS) is used when applying for either
Mineral Export Certificates or ICGLR Mineral Export Certificates. Companies
allowed to export minerals have to request services related to mineral
certification online.

GIMCS Internal Online Portal

Geological Information and Mining Cadaster System (GIMCS) Internal Online Portal
is used by RMB and district staff to process applications for mining and quarry
licenses, recommendations for blasting materials, and mineral sample permits.

Geological Information and Mining Cadaster System (GIMCS) External Online Portal
is used by applicants requesting services related to applications for mining and
quarry licenses, recommendations for blasting materials, and mineral sample

RMB Cloud

RMB Data Cloud and Collaboration Platform (RMB Cloud) is used when sharing large
files instead of using the emails which has size limitation. The RMB Cloud is
also used to conduct simple surveys online.

ERFIS

Environmental Rehabilitation Fees Information System (ERFIS) is used to manage
the information about fees that are applicable to all companies in mining sector
which are entitled to pay environmental rehabilitation fees.

MCIS - Mobile App

MCIS Mobile Application is used to verify the printed mineral certificates based
on the information which is already in the Mineral Certification System (MCIS).
MCIS Mobile App prevents the use of fake certificates.
