Development of system concepts based on global benchmarks and incorporating
client parameters and ambitions. Preparation of budgets for project inception.


SYSTEM DESIGN

Preparation of turn key system designs based on data gathering and analysis in
an integrated approach considering operation modes, IT complexity and site
constraints.


PROJECT DELIVERY

From tender evaluation to system go-live, acting as the client agent overseeing
design, integration, construction and operational ramp-up.

For more than 20 years, Jeff Read has helped a wide variety of clients across
Asia develop MHS solutions to fulfil their long term business objectives. 

Finding a balance between spacial layouts, IT methodologies and operational
concepts, Jeff has overseen the design, project management, integration,
construction and operational ramp up of numerous turnkey facilities.

In addition, Jeff has established local maintenance organisations to support
client facilities and designed programs for comprehensive refurbishment of aging
systems to refresh technologies and expand operational capability.

Comfortable in all cultural environments, Jeff is an energetic leader of multi
disciplinary teams who works collaboratively with clients to solve problems and
produce the optimal system delivery solution.
