• Σύντομη πεζοπορία προς τον αμπελώνα και συμμετοχή στον τρύγο
• Ξεκούραση και απόλαυση δωρεάν παραδοσιακού «μπουκκώματος»

12:00π.μ.:
•Αναχώρηση από τον αμπελώνα και επιστροφή στο χωριό
• Έναρξη φεστιβάλ – χαιρετισμοί από τους διοργανωτές

12:30μ.μ.:

• Πρόγραμμα με Κυπριακή παραδοσιακή μουσική από τετραμελές σχήμα υπό την
επιμέλεια του Σάββα Ιγνατίου
· Παραδοσιακοί χοροί από το Πολιτιστικό Ίδρυμα Εθνάρχη Μακαρίου Γ ́

Κατά τη διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης θα προσφέρονται πλούσιες δραστηριότητες και
μοναδικές εμπειρίες • Πάτημα των σταφυλιών
• Απόσταξη παραδοσιακής ζιβανίας
• Παρασκευή παλουζέ και βούτημα σουσιούκκου
• Περίπτερα πώλησης παραδοσιακών προϊόντων / εδεσμάτων με κύριο συστατικό τους
το σταφύλι
• Εργαστήρια κατασκευής ειδών χειροτεχνίας
• Παρουσίαση κρασιών από τοπικά οινοποιεία με δωρεάν γευσιγνωσία
• Έκθεση παραδοσιακών εκθεμάτων και φωτογραφιών με θέμα την Παναγιά
• Βόλτες με γαϊδούρια
• Παιδική γωνία
Δυνατότητα γεύματος και ποτών σε γειτονικά εστιατόρια, καφέ και μπάρς

 

PROGRAM
11:00a.m. : • Arrival at Panayia Village Square

Short walk to the Vineyard and participation in the harvesting of grapes • Rest
and enjoy free Traditional Brunch “Mpoukoma”

12:00a.m.:

• Return to the Village

•Opening of the festival – short welcoming speeches from the Organisers

12:30p.m.:

• Traditional Cypriot Music show by a local band
• Cypriot Dancing show by the Ethnarch Makarios III Cultural Foundation

The Participants can enjoy a wide range of unique demonstrations, activities and
experiences
• Grapes Pressing (Traditional technique with bare feet)
Zivania Distillation (The old method)
• Palouzes & Soutzoukos making (Grape delicacies)
• Free sampling of Traditional products and dishes made from grapes (Opportunity
to buy)
• Demonstrations and Sales of Cypriot hand made crafts
• Wine tasting/presentation of Local wines
• Photo and Articles exhibition from the life in Panayia
• Donkey rides
• Children playground

The community of Statos – Agios Fotios village has a long history in the
production of local wines, trahanas,
dried meat (tsamarella) and shoushoukos. Visitors will have the opportunity to
taste the products of the
village, visit the wineries, see the preparation of its traditional products and
enjoy a rich traditional cultural
program with traditional dances and music. Venue: Statos – Agios Fotios village
