SWEEPSTAKES RULES BY BVA

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES
OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND, MUNICIPAL LAWS ABD REULATIONS APPLY.

ARTICLE 1: SPONSOR

The sweepstake is sponsored by BVA, a French société par actions simplifiée with
a shared capital of 3 984 623 euros, whose registered office is located at 75
rue Saint Jean, 31130 Balma (in France), and registered in the Trade and
Companies Register of Toulouse under the number “Usage and Satisfaction Survey”
it is carrying out on behalf of the company Terre Neuve from the 21st of
November 2023 to the 12th of December 2023.


ARTICLE 2 : PARTICIPATION

2-1 ELIBILITY

Participation in the sweepstake is free and open to any natural person aged 18
or over (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant(s)") who has completed the
questionnaire of the aforementioned study, with the exception of employees of
the Sponsor and their family and household, as well as any person involved in
the preparation, organisation or promotion of the sweepstakes.

2-2 ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the sweepstake implies pure and simple acceptance of the rules
and compliance with the laws and regulations in force on French and American
territory (hereinafter "the rules") as well as any decision taken by the Sponsor
to ensure the smooth running of the sweepstake.

Winning prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Rules and fulfilling
all other requirements set forth herein.

2-3 VALIDITY OF PARTICIPATION

Any breach of the Rules will result in the exclusion of the participant
concerned.
Any participation in the sweepstake will be considered invalid if :
a- the Sponsor has indications of abuse, deception, fraud or cheating, In
addition, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s
fees) and any other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

b- any information regarding identity, address or capacity that proves to be
inaccurate.

Any registration with inaccurate or incomplete contact details or any abuse,
deception or fraud, or any attempt to do so, will render participation in the
sweepstake null and void and will not give rise to the awarding of the Prize,
which will remain the property of the Sponsor.

2.4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO ENTER

The sweepstake is governed by chance and each participant must respect its
spirit and rules.

As it is a free, with no financial sacrifice or obligation to purchase, the
participant expressly acknowledges that he/she is participating freely in the
sweepstake.

Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

To take part in the Contest, the participant must, between 21st of November 2023
from 9:00 a.m. and 12th of December 2023 6:00 p.m.:
- Have agreed to take part in the study
- Have completed the questionnaire for the study "Usage and Satisfaction
survey", which can be accessed on the Internet and from different media such as
smartphones, tablets and computers.


In fact, for the purposes of managing the sweepstakes, participants must have
Internet access and use an up-to-date Internet browser.

Participation in the sweepstake is limited to one entry per eligible person for
its duration, i.e., 21st of November 2023 from 9:00 a.m. and 12th of December
2023 6:00 p.m.

Only entries submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions described
above will be taken into account.


ARTICLE 3 : PRIZE

This sweepstake will involve five (5) AMAZON dematerialised gift cards with a
unit value of one hundred (100) dollars.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event the
production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more
than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Rules to be available
and/or claimed, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number
of prizes by a random drawing from all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize
claims.

This Prize is strictly personal and nominative so it may not be sold. Also, it
may not be bartered, or auctioned. The right to receive Prize is not
transferrable. And, under no circumstances may this Prize be exchanged for its
cash value or for any other prize.
However, as an exception to the forgoing, in the event of force majeure, the
Sponsor reserves the right to replace this prize with a prize of an equivalent
nature.


ARTICLE 4 : PRIZE DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

As a reminder, the sweepstake runs from 21st of November 2023 to 12th of
December 2023.

The Prize drawing draw will take place within fifteen (15) days of the end of
the sweepstake. The Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing
from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on
the number of entries received.

All prizes will be distributed to the winners by email.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted by e-mail within five (5) days after
the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Prize will be forfeited,
and an alternative winner may be selected. The Sponsor may select an alternative
potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning
eligible entries.


ARTICLE 5 : LIABILITY

By participating in the sweepstake, participants agree to release and hold
harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with
the sweepstake, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees,
shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and
against any claim of cause of action arising out of participation in the
Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity
related thereto), including, but not limited to: (i) Any technical errors
associated with the sweepstake, including lost, interrupted or unavailable
internet service provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or
other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed
computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or
technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions
or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (ii)
Unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstake; (iii) Mechanical, network,
electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (iv) Any other
errors or problems in connection with the sweepstake, non-imputable to the
Sponsor, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the
administration of the sweepstake, the announcement of the winner, the
cancellation or postponement of the event, or in any sweepstake material.

In the event the operation, security, or administration of the sweepstake is
impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus,
bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the
event the sweepstake is unable to run as planned for any reason, as determined
by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion
and without any compensation being due, either (i) Suspend the sweepstake to
address the impairment and then resume the sweepstake in a manner that best
conforms to the spirit of the present Rules or, (ii) Terminate the sweepstake
and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the
eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

In the event quantitative study on which the prize draw is based is cancelled or
terminated, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the prize draw accordingly,
without any compensation being due. The Prize will remain the property of the
Sponsor.

The Sponsor accepts no responsibility in the event of any technical failure,
anomaly, hardware or software of any kind (virus, bug, etc.) caused to the
participant's system, computer equipment or data stored therein and the
consequences this may have on their personal or professional activity.

The Sponsor may not be held responsible for sending an e-mail and/or a prize to
an incorrect address due to the winner's negligence. The Sponsor will not carry
out any additional research if the winner remains unavailable and/or
unreachable.

Once the prize has been delivered to the winner, the prize will be deemed to
have been delivered and the winner will assume full responsibility for the
prize.

The Sponsor may not be held liable for the use or non-use of the gift card by
the winners.


ARTICLE 6 : PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

BVA attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and ensures the
compliance and legality of its processing with the applicable legislation and
regulations and in particular the "Informatique et Liberté" law of 6 January
1978 and Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the
"RGPD").

In accordance with Article 6 (1) a) of the RGPD, participants' data will be
collected and processed electronically on the basis of their consent to take
part in the study and possibly be drawn to win the Prize described in Article 3
of these rules.

The purpose of collecting and processing participants' data is to organise and
draw lots among the participants to determine the winners of the sweepstake and
to send them the prize if they win. The data collected is e-mail address.

The recipients of this data are solely the people in charge of organising and
promoting the sweepstake. BVA keeps the data in accordance with the legal and
regulatory periods in force.

You may exercise your right to access, oppose, rectify, delete or limit the
processing of your data.
You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

ARTICLE 7 : INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES

The Sponsor shall be the sole arbiter of any question relating to the
application of these rules or any question that may arise and remain unresolved
by these rules. Its decisions will be firm and final.

Changes to the rules may be published during the sweepstake. They will be
considered as amendments to these rules.

The rules may be consulted and obtained free of charge in this document or by
simple written request sent before 12th December 2023 (date as postmark) to 123
boulevard de Grenelle, 75015 to the attention of the Legal Department.


ARTICLE 8 : DISPUTES

Under penalty of inadmissibility, any disputes, claims, and cause of action
arising out of, or concerning with, the sweepstake or any prize awarded shall be
received in writing to the Sponsor, for the attention of the Sponsor, BVA, 123
boulevard de Grenelle 75015 Paris, within 8 days of the start of the dispute or
the date on which it could reasonably be ascertained.

Any dispute, claims, and cause of action arising out of, or concerning with, the
sweepstake or any prize awarded shall first be subject to an attempt at amicable
settlement.

Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute or the claim will be submitted to
the competent courts.
