ABOUT THE ITS KNOWLEDGE BASE

The ITS Knowledge Base is where BCIT IT Services keeps help and how-to
documentation for our supported technologies.

To access further support, there are several options:

 * Use the IT Service Catalogue to submit a request for assistance through
   online forms.
 * Call 604-412-7444 (option #1 for general IT help, option #2 for The Learning
   Hub support, option #3 for audio-visual support)
 * Fill out our easy-to-use form to request IT support.

Hours of operation vary throughout the year and between support teams.


IMPORTANT: JANUARY 15, 2024 DEADLINE APPROACHING FOR STUDENTS TO ENROLL IN
MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

MFA will become mandatory for all students starting January 15, 2024. All
students are strongly encouraged to register at least one MFA method prior to
that deadline to ensure continued access to all affected systems.
