Margaret Lively is a dedicated Holistic Practitioner who empowers individuals to

commitment to wellness, Margaret combines holistic wisdom with modern practices

Through Decades of Health, Margaret offers a comprehensive approach that focuses
on nutrition, exercise, spiritual growth and development, hydration,
supplementation, and healthy sleep patterns. Using muscle testing, she
identifies the root causes of health imbalances and prescribes tailored

When I decided to see the health advocate coach it was because of the results, I
got from the on-campus screening. From that screening, I found I had some real
health risks I needed to address. From my first meeting with Margaret it has
been a joy to work with her. She discusses my issues with me in a "real world
understanding". She understands unhealthy habits are not going to change
overnight, it is a process that must take into account various factors that make
up your "healthiest self". We have worked at everything from my eating habits,
to exercise, to sleep, to reducing stress in my everyday life. I have enjoyed
working with Margaret on these issues but my "end plan" is to get to a place
where I do not need a health coach and it is second nature to me being my
