   Our Occupational Therapists offer services for children, adolescents and
   adults to help them achieve to the best of their ability at home, school,
   work and in the community. We offer in-clinic services as well as
   school-based and home-based services.

   Our Speech Pathologists assess, diagnose and treat swallowing and
   communication disorders, including difficulties with speech, language,
   fluency and voice. Our Speech pathologists will work with people across their

 * PHYSIO-LED GROUP EXERCISE
   
   
   Our group pilates can be tailored to your rehabilitation or health goals.
   Everyone is welcome. All sessions are designed in a 1 on 1 setting to create
   a program specific for your goals. All group sessions are then supervised by
   a physiotherapist.
   
   


 * MUMS & BUBS PILATES
   
   
   Our Mums and Bubs is designed for pre and post natal care. If you are
   expecting or have recently had a baby this is a great way to ensure a healthy
   recovery.
   
   


 * STIFF'S MEN'S ONLY GROUP REHAB
   
   
   For those blokes who have stiff knees, joints and want to work on their
   flexibility and strength. Stiffies is run in the evenings and is a great way
   to address injuries, health goals and stay on track. These sessions are
   supervised by a male physiotherapist.
