invitation for me to drop the tower off to them immediately, enabled them to not
only replace the failed Hard Drive, (with a faster SSD) but transfer all the
salvageable data onto it, enabling me to collect it back PDQ and keep going with
only a short break. So pleased with their work, that I have since been back to
have other upgrades (AMD CPU upgraded to latest compatible model) carried out on
my PC, and similar (AMD CPU upgraded to latest compatible model and an M2 SSD
fitted) in my son’s University/gaming machine, to stave-off the dreaded
“complete replacement” which I was told by another (national) company would be
needed. Don’t hesitate to ask. If they can help you will be in good and safe

“My 9yr old much-used laptop – having had a “heart transplant” two years ago –
comprehensively crashed on Thursday. Edward Martin Computer Services took my
lifeless friend straight in for repair, examined it on Friday calling me to
discuss the options, worked on Saturday and Monday to download all my data onto
a new laptop, and delivered it to me at home on Monday evening. They then spent
time on Tuesday morning (Valentines Day) remotely and patiently connecting the
new laptop to my printer and making other adjustments so by lunchtime I was up
and running…..all achieved in 3.5 working days!
I am a 73-year-old self-taught IT Dinosaur. I loved my old familiar laptop on
which I’ve written a number of books and never thought I could ever love another
