Chytrá sezónka Premium 2023/24 bude platná v těchto lyžařských střediscích: SK:
Jasná, Tatranská Lomnice, Štrbské Pleso, Starý Smokovec; CZ: Špindlerův Mlýn,
Ještěd; PL: Szczyrk Mountain Resort (SMR), Centralny Ośrodek Sportu (COS),
Beskid Sport Arena (BSA); AT: Mölltaler Gletscher, Amkogel Mallnitz,
Muttereralm. Celkem tak můžete lyžovat ve 4 zemích a na více než 200 kilometrech
sjezdovek.








JAK SI MOHU KOUPIT CHYTROU SEZÓNKU PREMIUM?

Chytrou sezónku Premium si budete moci zakoupit prostřednictvím programu Gopass
na www.gopass.travel. Cena Chytré sezónky Premium startuje na 529€/ 12 790 CZK/
2 499 PLN. Klienti, kteří vlastnili Chytrou sezónku Premium již v sezóně
2022/23, budou mít možnost zakoupit si Chytrou sezónku Premium na zimní sezónu
2023/24 za výhodnější cenu, a to prostřednictvím speciální nabídky, kterou
obdrží e-mailem a bude jim vložena ve formě kupónu do sekce "Gopass
kupóny/Slevy" v osobním kontě Gopass. Zvýhodněná cena Chytré sezónky Premium
bude pro věrné klienty 489€/ 11790 CZK/2 299 PLN a bude platná v termínu od 11.
4. 2023 do 30.9.2023.

499 PLN pro dospělou osobu (základní cena).

Cena Chytré sezónky Premium je odlišná pro různé věkové kategorie popsané v
ceníku a ve Všeobecných Obchodních Podmínkách (VOP). Ceny zlevněných Chytrých

KOLIK VÝLUKOVÝCH DNÍ MÁ SEZÓNKA?

Chytrá sezónka Premium nemá žádné výlukové dni.

JE MOŽNÉ DOKOUPIT FAST PASS?

Fast Pass umožňující lyžování bez čekání si budete moct dokoupit na pokladnách
středisek Jasná, Tatranská Lomnice a Štrbské Pleso v průběhu zimní sezóny
2023/24 za podmínek popsaných jednotlivými středisky anebo přímo při nákupu
Chytré sezónky Premium online na e-shopu www.gopass.travel. V tomto případě si
klient při nákupu zvolí možnost Chytrá sezónka Premium + Fast Pass. Fast Pass k
Chytré sezónce můžete využít ve střediscích Jasná, Tatranská Lomnice, Štrbské
Pleso a Szczyrk Mountain Resort.

CO JE FAST PASS?

Fast Pass vám umožní lyžování bez čekání, tzn. využití přednostního turniketu na
vybraných lanových dráhách ve střediscích Jasná, Tatranská Lomnice, Štrbské
Pleso a Szczyrk Mountain Resort (SMR).

PROČ NENÍ V NABÍDCE POUZE LOKÁLNÍ SEZÓNKA?

Lokální Chytrá sezónka byla produktem z dřívějška a aktuálně by její cena byla
na úrovni Chytré sezónky Premium. Chytrou sezónku jsme zatraktivnili tím, že
umožňuje lyžování až v 10 střediscích, nemá žádné výlukové dny, zahrnuje večerní
lyžování, bezplatné parkování na vyhrazených parkovištích a nabízí další výhody
ve formě slev. Z Chytré sezónky se tak stal prémiový produkt, který se vyplatí.

BUDE MOŽNÉ CHYTROU SEZÓNKU VYUŽÍT UŽ LETOS NA JAŘE?

Ano. Chytrou sezónku Premium 2023/24 bude možné využít už v aktuálně probíhající
sezóně 2022/23 až do jejího ukončení a samozřejmě v závislosti na povětrnostních
a lyžařských podmínkách a rozhodnutí jednotlivých středisek.

CO BUDE S LYŽOVÁNÍM V RAKOUSKU? KDY MOHU LYŽOVAT?

Rakouský ledovec Mölltaler Gletscher umožňuje lyžování až 8 měsíců v roce.
Chytří sezónkáři, kteří si zakoupí Chytrou sezónku na zimní sezónu 2023/24,
budou moci lyžovat na ledovci v závislosti na otevřenosti střediska a lyžařských
podmínek. Pro aktuální informace týkající se provozu střediska pro lyžaře
sledujte webovou stránku střediska (https:www.moelltaler-gletcher.at/cz/). Ve
střediscích Ankogel Mallnitz a Muttereralm bude možné s Chytrou sezónkou lyžovat
pouze během zimní sezóny 2023/24 v závislosti na povětrnostních a lyžařských
podmínkách.

DO KDY JE MOŽNÉ VYUŽÍT CHYTROU SEZÓNKU PREMIUM VE STŘEDISKU MÖLLTALER GLETSCHER
V SEZÓNĚ 2022/23?

Na ledovci Mölltaler Gletscher platí Chytrá sezónka Premium 2022/23 a Chytrá
sezónka 2023/24 do 29. 5. 2023 nebo v závislosti na povětrnostních a sněhových
podmínkách a rozhodnutí provozovatele.

MOHU LYŽOVAT BĚHEM LETNÍCH MĚSÍCŮ ČERVNA, ČERVENCE A SRPNA?

Během letních měsíců nebude možné Chytrou sezónku Premium 2023/24 využít.

KDY ZAČÍNÁ LYŽAŘSKÁ SEZÓNA 2023/24 VE STŘEDISKU MÖLLTALER GLETSCHER?

Na ledovci Möllttaler Gletscher, pokud to sněhové podmínky dovolí, začne sezóna

CO KDYŽ SI KOUPÍM CHYTROU SEZÓNKU A NEBUDU JI MOCI KVŮLI ZRANĚNÍ VYUŽÍVAT?

V takovém případě je podle VOP třeba doručit lékařskou zprávu potvrzující
překážku využívání Chytré sezónky Premium do 10 pracovních dní od jejího vydání
a na základě toho je následně možný převod Chytré sezónky Premium na jiného
držitele ve stejné věkové kategorii. Doplatky do jiné věkové kategorie není

BUDE MOŽNÉ ZAKOUPIT CHYTROU SEZÓNKU I POZDĚJI BĚHEM ROKU?

Prodej Chytré sezónky Premium na zimní sezónu 2023/24 spustíme už v dubnu 2023 a
zakoupení bude možné nepřetržitě až do konce zimní sezóny 2023/24. Nejvýhodnější
cena bude v 1. vlně prodeje od 11. dubna 2023 do 31. května 2023 na
www.gopass.travel.

CO KDYŽ SI KOUPÍM CHYTROU SEZÓNKU A SEZÓNA NEZAČNE?

Takovou situaci si jistě nikdo nepřeje. Věříme, že jsme z nejhoršího venku a
oblíbené turistické i lyžařské centra budou žít i nadále svým životem. Pokud by
ale přece jen došlo k uzavření horských středisek v sezóně 2023/24 v důsledku
preventivních opatření, anebo by střediska byla otevřena pouze část sezóny,
budeme omezení kompenzovat po ukončení zimní sezóny 2023/24.

Držitel Chytré sezónky Premium může využívat parkoviště ve středisku Jasná
(parkoviště Otupné, vyhrazená část parkoviště Lúčky, parkoviště Koliesko -
dostupné od 8:00, parkoviště Srdiečko juh, parkoviště Krupová juh), ve středisku
Tatranská Lomnice (centrální terasovité parkoviště, parkoviště pod oranžovou 6
SLD) a ve středisku Ještěd (centrální parkoviště P1), na odstavení motorového
vozidla držitele Chytré sezónky Premium během využívání služeb ve střediscích, a
to zdarma. Počet parkovacích míst je omezen a na parkovací místo zdarma podle
předchozí věty nevzniká právní nárok. V případě zaplnění parkovacích míst na
parkovištích vyjmenovaných výše, má držitel Chytré sezónky Premium možnost
využít veřejně dostupné parkovací místa za poplatek anebo zdarma v závislosti na
podmínkách ustanovených provozovatelem parkovacích míst nebo odstavných ploch. V
takovém případě nemá držitel Chytré sezónky Premium nárok na jakoukoliv finanční
nebo nefinanční náhradu.

VE KTERÝCH PRODEJNÁCH MOTION MOHU UPLATNIT 15% SLEVU?

15% slevu na zboží v provozovnách Tatry Motion provozovaných společností TMR na
území Slevenské republiky si může držitel Chytré sezónky Premium 2023/23
