"Home" for Extended-stay Professionals

Serene and secluded in a wooded area – 30 Timber Road’s setting will only become
more colorful and welcoming as each season approaches. Our Williamsburg-style
home is designed with architectural details typically found in historic colonial
homes.  

Choose this property as your long-term lodging alternative when working in
Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, or Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  If you are a
“geo-bachelor” working in the Mechanicsburg or Carlisle area, 30 Timber Road
will fill your needs as a business traveler, with free Wi-Fi, and free parking.
You will find the home to be conveniently located, yet quiet and secluded as
well.

Please Note: Minimum stay is 30 days.

Attention USAWC Students, Traveling Health Care Personnel, PA State Employees &
Legislators, : If you are working in the Carlisle/Mechanicsburg area and looking
for an extended-stay “home”, give us a call for special rates. Our suites have
refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and dishware available for your
convenience. We also have laundry facilities for guest use. Feel “at home” when
you need to be away from your family for your job!

All suites have been designed with utmost comfort and pampering at the
forefront.  All units have a luxurious king-size bed and all have en-suite
bathrooms with a whirlpool tub.  For your convenience in-room refrigerators and
microwaves are in all rooms.  High Definition (HD) TVs are equipped with cable
connection. For extended-stay guests, two suites have a full wet-bar for quick,
convenient prepared dinners.

AND – there’s more!  Enjoy relaxing on the screened porch while you watch the
white-tailed deer in our backyard. There is a gas grill available for more
creative cooking options.  Stroll through the woods and pause where privacy
reigns supreme and the bird watching is amazing.

Extended Stay Amenities

The guest room suites at 30 Timber Road have been designed and decorated with
your comfort in mind.  Each room has its own personality but all the rooms are
luxurious.  All the beds are King Size and the mattresses are supportive
memory-foam dressed in upscale, luxury sheeting that makes you feel like you’re
sleeping on a cloud. Fireplaces (either gas or electric) in the guest rooms
provide warmth on a cold evening. Some rooms have a full wet bar and all rooms
have a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.

All rooms have a private, ensuite bathroom decorated with coordinating tile tub
surrounds. The bathrooms all have whirlpool tubs and a towel warmer to wrap you
in warmth as you relax after your bath.

Of course there is an HD TV in each room and WiFi throughout the house. Irons
and ironing boards are also provided.
