To use the service, we provide a VEMOCO device, which can be connected to the
service connector (OBD-II) in the passenger compartment of all vehicles
manufactured after 2004. The VEMOCO OBD device has 4G in North America, 2.5G in
Europe mobile data connection, 3D acceleration sensor, GPS and CanBus reader, so
it provides more than 10MB of data about the vehicle and its position every
month.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE PROVIDE?

VEMOCO partnered with Teltonika, one of the largest telematics device
manufacturers, to provide precise odometer readings, safety information, driver
behavior score, fleet efficiency, and several KPIs important for a successful
company to manage field assets and resources. We typically address business
issues around digitalized field processes, private/business usage reporting
(compliant with local tax policies), driver safety, fuel economy issues, theft
protection, pool car management, vehicle maintenance, and operational
efficiency.


WHAT IS THE ROI OF VEMOCO SERVICES?

It is immediate. Otherwise, we take all consequences. VEMOCO provides
free-charge upfront consultancy for any company size to discover your company's
business drivers. We at VEMOCO are confident in delivering business value to our
customers, so we provide our VEMOCO OBD plug-in devices for free if an annual
subscription plan (including the device rental) is purchased. However, even in
this period, there is no ""provider lock-in""; the device can be returned to
VEMOCO, and we pay back the remaining unused monthly fees. If your ROI still
needs to be met after 3 months, VEMOCO provides you a free charge for additional
consultancy, discussing the company's KPIs and how to use VEMOCO cloud service
to address them.


ARE THERE LIMITATIONS TO VEMOCO'S SERVICE?

VEMOCO does not limit the number of drivers per vehicle, so our free iOS,
Android and Huawei apps or web portals are already used by far more drivers than
vehicles are subscribed to. VEMOCO service is also borderless: the service is
accessible in 132 countries, so if you have operations in multiple countries in
multiple time zones with highly complex organizations, we can handle this.


HOW FAST CAN I IMPLEMENT THE SERVICE?

Typically, it takes a maximum of 5 days for a 1000-car fleet. VEMOCO mass
imports data from any database format (such as xls or csv), so drivers, cars,
and corporate hierarchy are typically imported and checked, and the system is
ready to use for 1000 vehicles in less than 2 days. Devices are also shipped
from one of our locations in 2 days, tagged for each license plate.
