With over a decade of experience we've been knee-deep in many aspects of the
nexus. We cut our teeth working on start-ups, consultancy assignments and
technology design and development in industry, international organization and
even universities. We have a track record of starting successful businesses and
with the accumulated milage we have decided to share our aggregate experiences
with you in these turbulent times.

Along our journeys we discovered that most solutions fail due to lack of
integration of multiple facets in tandem - hence Nexible was born. Nexible is
derived from Nexus and means "capable of being knit together". Our vision is to
bridge the disconnect and knit together the Industry with Technology and
Economics forming a strong and resilient nexus going into the future!

The captain - Dr Val Natanelov

Val has a background in biotech; commodity markets; futures and options and
blockchain technology projects. With over a decade of experience in working on
the nexus of industry, economics and technology, Val has a strong passion for
solving wicked problems.

A holistic design thinking expert with extensive experience in concept
development and digital strategy. His core expertise is generating cumulative
value through the application of creative, strategic and human-centred design
thinking. A natural innovator experienced in digital transformation, blockchain
technologies, agile frameworks, lean principles and strategy in complex settings
and contexts.

The tech wizard - Aapeli Vuorinen

Aapeli is an experienced data scientist and digital consultant, pairing rigorous
problem solving skills and creativity with a wealth of domain knowledge and
expertise in machine learning, software development, statistics, and
mathematics.

With over a decade of experience in software development and systems
administration, and having held roles as a full stack engineer and technical
consultant, over the past decade, Aapeli has developed a strong grasp of several
technologies and tools, such as Python, AWS, Tensorflow, Keras, Java, C++,
scikit-learn, Pandas, Javascript, Go, Matlab, Git, Linux, and SQL.
