many words and make messages clearer when they are relevant to their
accompanying text. Interactive videos are the best kind as customers then choose
how much they want to find out about a product, as they are navigated to their
selected sections of interest.

Having chosen which social media platform, businesses should then look to
embrace it fully by building up as many followers as they can themselves.
Following a person who looks like they may have an interest in the business’s
products because of their hobbies and lifestyle may well mean a follow back and
someone who becomes a potential customer.

Seek out those who appear to have interests in line with your business. Often
follows will receive a follow back, although this is a bit of a tedious process.
Much more effective might be to buy some followers, as is possible with
Instagram, and through companies such as Buzzoid, as mentioned earlier.
