LOGIN DETAILS * HändlerID * Benutzername: * Passwort: * Passwort vergessen? * Having trouble logging in? * Anmelden COMMON REASONS FOR LOGIN ERRORS If you are repeatedly getting the error message "Your login was incorrect" then there are a few things you should check about your login details: * Make sure that you are at the correct login page: Some test login pages look similar to live login pages for example. Check the URL in the address bar or click on the link that you received by email when your account was created. * Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive: Make sure that you use a username and password exactly as they were assigned/set. * Make sure that you are the only person who has those login credentials: Our accounts are designed to be used by only one person each. If multiple people log in under one user account then they often lock each other out when password changes are required every 90 days. Please contact your internal administrator and request a dedicated user login for yourself. Note: If you see the "Attempts remaining" message when you attempt a login then the MerchantID and Username that you tried were correct and it is just your password that was incorrect. If you don't see this text then please check the email that you received when your account was set up for the correct MerchantID and Username values. RESETTING PASSWORD If you exceed your max failed login attempts then you will be forced to change your password using the "Forgot Password?" link. When you do this you will be prompted for the MerchantID, Username and the email address that is associated with the login account (the email address that originally received the login details). If these are entered correctly you will receive an email with a link that you can click to set a new password. This link will be valid for 30 minutes only. If you do not receive the email please check your spam filter, but you may have to contact your email administrator if you still do not receive it. PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS * Passwords are required to be at least 8 characters long and are a maximum of 128 characters. * Passwords must meet at least 3 out of the following 4 rules: contain at least 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, 1 digit, 1 special character. * Passwords can contain lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and the following characters (between double quotes): " !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~" * Passwords must not contain more than 2 identical characters in a row. * You cannot re-use your previous 4 passwords.
