I am so grateful for Rennsselaer Honda. I brought my Civic in for service. The
staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They clearly explained the issue and kept
me informed throughout the repair process. Soon after my positive experience
with their service department, I was rear ended and my car was declared beyond
repair. I returned and found their sales staff to be just as kind, knowledgeable
and. transparent as their service department. I highly recommend this
establishment if you are interested in buying or looking to service your Honda.

I received excellent service in getting an oil change for my vehicle. The valet
service allowed me to remain at work. When it was done everything was explained
to me and my vehicle was given a multi point inspection to make sure everything
else was good. It couldn’t have been easier and everyone I dealt with was very

Very happy with the outcome of this purchase. With the lack of available
vehicles, we had to be patient, but Bill and the folks there were very helpful
in keeping us in the loop and getting the car to us quickly once it was
delivered. We wanted to purchase through Rensselaer Honda again (this is our
fourth car from them) and are very happy we did.

This is the second CRV I purchased from Rensselaer Honda. Both were purchased
from Bill Tucker. He is very kind and is not pushy at all, which I do find at

My first experience with Honda service was a pleasure. The scheduling, check-in,
waiting room and check-out was first rate. The representative kept me regularly
informed of progress, expected costs and explained needed service fully. No one
looks forward to having their vehicle serviced, but Honda makes it convenient
and comfortable for their customers.

I have, so far been very satisfied with everything that was able to be done for
me, so I could get back into a suv, especially regarding the financial aspect of
everything. With, just getting my vehicle, I need a little time for completely
deciding how much I truly like my new to me suv, but I do trust Mike Speranza,
to make sure everything is done correctly, plus that as a customer I am taken
care of to be a happy customer. Because Mike Speranza, realizes a happy customer
is a returning customer, plus a happy customer is a customer who will refer
their friends, family and acquaintances.

I like the lady that checked me in. Didn’t try to upsell me like others have
done in the past. In the past right away others try to sell or upgrade right
away. I realize there is prob commission involved but c’mon. Snow tire storage
is great!

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet
Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind
users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s
functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they
immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can
browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of
the most important screen-reader requirements:
1. Screen-reader optimization: we run a process that learns the website’s
components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when
updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with
meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide
accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons,
search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs;
element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others.

of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs,
and CSS flashing transitions.
4. Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize essential elements such
as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered
elements only.
5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other
issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the
entire website instantly.
6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and
Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of
phrases, initials, slang, and others.
7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a
printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.
Assistive technology and browser compatibility
We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so
our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as
possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major
systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google
Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS, and NVDA
(screen readers), both for Windows and MAC users.
