Beautiful Full moon tonight made dinner for the couple that own the Restarant
next door.(Sorry we had such a good time I forgot to get food pics 🤦🏼‍♀️) I
made roasted pork loin with a glaze of agrodulce or gastrique from the Nopales
fruit ‘Tunas’, roasted potatoes, salad and apple crisp with a sweet creama con
Ron for dessert & lots of wine, good conversation and a little tequila (por
supuesto) 🙏🏻💙

Purchased a small Peregrina at the market today- Christian got one that is a
