YOUR IMPACT 

We are searching for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with 5+ years
Admin experience to support the General Counsel of GS Bank Europe (GSBE) and the
Frankfurt Legal Team.  Previous experience in supporting executives and managing
complex diaries is essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure
in a busy and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

 * Providing administrative support to the MD and Frankfurt Legal Team 
 * Maintaining detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests 
 * Coordinating internal meetings with senior leaders and high level
   stakeholders at the firm and forming good relationships with Executive Admins
   throughout the firm
 * Coordinating internal and external Regulatory meetings with Regulators
   throughout EMEA, either in person or via Zoom
 * Providing legal spend management support and proactively managing legal
   billing for the team 
 * Book travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely fashion 
 * Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of
   certain issues independently 
 * Responsible for participating in general administrative duties and taking on
   ad-hoc requests as required

 * Strong organizational skills, coupled with great attention to detail
 * Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
 * Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently 
 * Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
   required with the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential
   information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
 * Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up
   and judgment
 * Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels
 * Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize
   and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
 * Must be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
 * Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
 * Team player with a positive attitude
 * 5+ years of Admin Assistant experience
 * Fluent in German and English
