This has affected meetings running on the servers hosted under that service provider. Meetings that were taking place on the servers that went offline or were in maintenance mode were not accessible by new users. It is unknown if issues related to video/audio or other signaling issues ocurred at the time that the service provider was experiencing this downtime. Issues with the provider were resolved promptly and the servers that went offline were restored and functional. While those servers were offline or inaccessible, the WebMeeting platform continued to function and accept new meetings by users in all regions. 2021/09/24 | Infrastructure load issues resolved Friday September 24, 2021 2021/09/24 | Infrastructure load issues now resolved. 2021/09/24 | Infrastructure experiencing heavy load Friday September 24, 2021 2021/09/24 | Our Video Conferencing infrastructure is currently experiencing high load. The upgrade is taking place at this time due to an unexpectedly high amount of traffic. 2021/05/07 | Meeting Server Maintenance Friday May 07, 2021 2021/05/07 | We've identified a fault on some WebMeeting Media Servers (MCUs) that may affect meeting quality. The incident is isolated to a few meeting servers and we're working on ensuring future stability. Further Meeting Media Server maintenance may occur during this weekend (May 8-9) to fully correct this. Due to this incident, 2 MCUs in Europe have been taken offline temporarily that has caused the sudden disconnection of some users from their meetings. To continue with your meetings simply press Join and you'll connect to the next available Meeting Media Server. 2021/03/30 | Sao Paulo MCU issues Tuesday March 30, 2021 2021/03/30 | We're looking into issues with our Video Conferencing MCUs in Sao Paulo that began malfucntioning at around 19:00 UTC 29/3/2021 until 13:30 UTC 30/3/2021. This was not automatically picked up as the service continued working without reporting any issues. Manual intervention was required to identify the issue. The Sao Paulo MCUs have been restarted and the issue is temporarily resolved. We're looking into what caused this to prevent it from ocurring in the future. 2021/03/10 | Strasbourg MCU Downtime Wednesday March 10, 2021 2021/03/10 | Fire Has Destroyed OVH’s Strasbourg Data Center (SBG2). The outage caused some users to be disconnected from their meetings. We are looking into the incident are we're taking active steps to mitgate these types of issues from occuring again in the future by adding several more servers from multiple other providers. The outage was temporary and only affected some servers. The outage duration was ~30 minutes long from 15:45 to 16:15 CET. No actions need to be taken other than to rejoin your meeting as there are several more meeting servers available and ready to accept user connections. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. 2021/01/26 | WebMeeting Platform Status Tuesday January 26, 2021 2021/01/26 | A previous platform update introduced some issues related to report delivery and the wrong message appearing when joining a meeting that hasn't started yet. Where you should see "Organizer not connected yet", you'd see "MCU not available" instead. We working on these issues and will be deploying fixes within the hour.
