<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Be sure to keep your username and password in a safe place. If you forget your password, you can click <strong>Forgot my password</strong> under the log in box on the Home page
to reset it.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">If you are enrolling dependents, you will need their name, birth date and social security number. Eligible dependents will not be added to coverage until verifying documentation has
been approved. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">If you have questions about your benefits options and coverage while you are enrolling, you can access all your detailed plan information in the </span><strong
style="font-size: 10pt;">Reference Center</strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> at the top of the page. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use the <strong>Next</strong> and <strong>Previous</strong> buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate through your enrollment, as your browser's arrows will not navigate.</span>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">If at any time you need to pause your enrollment, all changes made up to that point will be saved and it is easy to pick up where you left off. If you leave for more than 20 minutes,
you will be automatically logged out for security purposes and you will need to log back in.</span></li>

The first time you log on, click the Register button on the Home page. Follow the steps to register and create your User Name and Password. WHEN YOU ENROLL Helpful tips: * When you register, you will be asked a few security questions. If you have any issues registering on the site, please contact Benefits at 833-281-9999. * Be sure to keep your username and password in a safe place. If you forget your password, you can click Forgot my password under the log in box on the Home page to reset it. * If you are enrolling dependents, you will need their name, birth date and social security number. Eligible dependents will not be added to coverage until verifying documentation has been approved. * If you have questions about your benefits options and coverage while you are enrolling, you can access all your detailed plan information in the Reference Center at the top of the page. * Use the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate through your enrollment, as your browser's arrows will not navigate. * If at any time you need to pause your enrollment, all changes made up to that point will be saved and it is easy to pick up where you left off. If you leave for more than 20 minutes, you will be automatically logged out for security purposes and you will need to log back in. AFTER YOU ENROLL When do my deductions start? Benefit deductions start as soon as administratively possible after election and/or dependent verification is received/approved. Where can I find my elections? Once you have confirmed your benefits enrollment, you can find your Benefit Summary on the Home page. If there are any errors in your summary, contact Benefits at 833-281-9999. Verifying dependents If you enroll dependents, you will be required to provide dependent verification documents within 30 days to add dependents to coverage. If you need to take any action, such as verifying a dependent, or submitting evidence of insurability, you will see a notification in the To Do section. See the How do I Submit Documentation? on the Home page once you log in for helpful information.
