SUPPORT GROUPS



Living with chronic illness brings many challenges, which can leave you feeling
overwhelmed and isolated. Our support groups are designed to provide a safe
space to meet others impacted by ongoing health challenges. Licensed mental
health professionals facilitate all of our groups. These professionals offer
guidance and structure, helping you get the most out of your group meetings.

HEALTH EDUCATION EVENTS

A chronic illness can affect numerous aspects of your life. To help you along
your journey, the Center for Chronic Illness provides health education events on
a variety of topics for both patients and healthcare professionals. These events
include presentations on topics such as self-care, mental health, nutrition,
symptom management, and social and financial resources.
