PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTERING. You MAY NOT change payment
type after registering. Please prepare to pay based on your selected choice. All
checks are due no later than 2 weeks after the event. Credit cards are highly
preferred.

Please note: If you must take a call or have a meeting during EXPO, all
employers will have access to the Employer Break Area within the Exhibit Hall
during the 8:30am-4pm time frame, as you need. Due to our contract, we are not
able to offer any rooms outside of this space. We value your time with us and
kindly ask you to alert us if you have a special request.

However, if you know ahead of the event that you have a meeting, please email me
to provide the Convention Center’s contract manager’s information to rent a room
through your company. This needs to be done ahead of time as they require a
contract to do so. If you have any questions, please email

PRICES:

Based on location:

$700 (Standard), $875 (Premier), $980 (Premium), $1075 (Prime), $1475 (Showcase
Booth inside the Exhibit Hall!) - 10x10 booth (only 6 available – more space).
This event is limited to 108 companies + 6 special Showcase booths (114). Only 1
table per company/booth to allow all of our employers to join.

Please review all details below.

Make sure to also register in HANDSHAKE (https://bit.ly/3Al8wkO ) so students
can see you on the list as attending. Once payment is made through Eventbrite we
will approve your registration in Handshake so your company will be viewable.

PURCHASE, REVIEW, ATTEND

Purchase your table here in Eventbrite.

Due to limited tables, we kindly ask companies only purchase one - for more
space, consider purchasing a Showcase booth (inside the Exhibit Hall).

Table/Booth costs range from $700 - $1475

As a bonus in purchasing a table, you’ll be featured on digital signage around
the Moore School building and in social media campaigns – share you are
registered with us on LinkedIn and tag us!

No more than 4 reps at your table. You may alternate during the 10am-4pm day and
each rep will check-in at the Employer Check-in table upon arrival

The University highly encourages individuals attending events are fully
vaccinated and boosted. There may be individuals at this event who are not
vaccinated. If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or otherwise not feeling
well, we kindly ask you do not attend.

Registrants: those who register will receive all details. Share with your reps!
An Information Table will be available on the floor all day to answer all
questions.

Payment information: Please review first before purchasing and select the
correct payment type at registration – the system will not allow you to change
your payment type afterwards. Credit Cards are highly preferred. Checks are due
by September 15 or at the latest by October 4th.

Cancellation policy: Should you and/or your organization need to cancel, we must
receive your request in writing to dawn.marsha@moore.sc.edu no later than
September 6. Due to expenses incurred, no refunds will be issued if requested
after September 6 or after EXPO.

Shipping: Do not ship to the Moore School. Send shipments only to the PRX
address below.

September 15 is the deadline for your items to be received by PRX to ensure
delivery to the location of the fair. Contact PRX to ensure your shipments were
received at 803-926-5300.

Shipping out from the EXPO: you MUST have a shipping label and complete the bill
of laden from PRX. You need to make these arrangements prior to attending.
Please prepare your items to be shipped FedEX, UPS, etc. Contact your carrier
and arrange pick up at PRX’ address above. PRX will arrive in the late afternoon
to answer shipping questions.

Next Day Interview Booths ~ to keep our costs down, we kindly ask changes or
cancellations are received by September 6. We will only order based on your
Eventbrite registration.

Select Interviews

Select Request Interview Schedule

Complete all the fields required

Choose the schedule TYPE as ROOMS ONLY

You will select your students at the EXPO and communicate directly with the
student the location and time (CMCC, 8:30am-4pm)

Interview time may occur 8:30am-4:00pm – our vendor will remove the booths
beginning at 4:00pm. Interviews may not occur outside of this venue on this day.
You may not interview in hotels, coffee shops or any other areas outside of the
interview day. You may, however, conduct virtual interviews OR book space with
us at a later date.

Check-in for interviews no earlier than 8:00am. Please create your schedule
during the approved interview hours and communicate directly with the students
their interview time and location (Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center: 1101
Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC, 29201). Please note the Exhibit Hall doors will
not open until 8:00am.

Lunch September 21: Limited options available. Due to our contract, outside food
sources are not allowed inside or on the property of the CMCC. There are many
restaurants in walking distance with reasonable prices that you may discover

If you have questions, please stop by the check-in/information table for
suggestions.

Check-in time September 20: begins at 8:30 a.m.

Check-in time September 21: 8:00am. Interviews are allowed 8:30am-4:00pm

Parking: Free parking is available only in the open lot next to the Convention
Center. External parking options available at the expense of the employer. Due
to limited spaces, we highly encourage carpooling. Please do not park in other
areas as this may result in a ticket or towing.

Lunch / EXPO day: To maximize your time with our students, lunch will be
available between 11:30AM to 1:30PM. Please see the signs guiding you to the
location. Please alternate with your reps to allow your table to be fully
covered 10am-4pm.

Exhibit Parameters: All exhibits must be limited to the size of the 8' table,
all companies will be provided one 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, reserved parking
and lunch. Your items must fit on or behind your table.

Other information: No vehicles, animals or balloons are allowed at the EXPO. All
items for your display must be able to fit onto or behind your table. Tables may
not be taken down to allow for bigger displays. This will ensure that all
employers have adequate and fair space and students can navigate the EXPO in an
efficient and safe manner.
