Welcome to Bluewater Haven, our gorgeous beachfront penthouse in the Tidewater
Resort!



This home away from home has everything that you need to make your vacation
getaway the most relaxing ever.  You won’t want to leave this beautifully
decorated condo that has recently been remodeled and has a fun, beachy vibe.



Of course, the most important part of this unit is the view!  Sit on the
spacious 29th floor balcony and enjoy a spectacular sunset view, watch dolphins
and manta rays play in the the emerald green waters of the Gulf while listening
to the soothing sound of the surf.  You may even see a sea turtle swimming in
those crystal-clear waters!




The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, chest, and flat screen
TV.  The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower, and even has a vanity mirror
for putting on makeup for those special outings.



The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and flat screen TV.  The spacious
attached bathroom has a large walk-in shower and also includes an installed
vanity mirror.



The colorful kid-friendly bunkroom has a bunk bed with full-sized twin
mattresses.  We even have a small pack-n-play for infants or toddlers to sleep
in. The bunk room is private with a door and also boasts its own bathroom with
walk-in shower.



The spacious living room features floor to ceiling windows showing off the
emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  The comfortable couch pulls out to
accommodates two additional guests.  There is a flat screen TV and a cabinet
with a selection of family friendly DVDs, games, cards, and puzzles to keep you
occupied while you are in the unit.



The generously appointed kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and is
fully equipped to help you prepare anything from breakfast to a quick snack, or
larger more elaborate meals.  The cook in the group will appreciate the slow
cooker, coffee maker, Keurig, and toaster along with a wide variety of pots,
pans, utensils, and dishes. 



The unit includes free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the hallway closet.  In a
storage bin on the balcony, we also provide 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, water
floats, sand toys, and even a beach cart to help you get everything to a from
the beach.  We have even made sure that the living area and both bedrooms have
additional charging stations for your electronic devices.



Tidewater Beach Resort is centrally located, and within ½ mile to Pier Park
which includes numerous shopping, entertainments and dining options.  The resort
itself has a small restaurant, two outdoor pools with hot tubs, a movie theater,
video arcade, an indoor pool, two indoor Roman spas with beach views, sauna,
steam room, fitness center, and outdoor grilling area.  Additionally, there is a
tiki bar located at one of the outdoor pools and a small store selling ice
cream, Starbuck’s coffee, and small convenience items. 




**Due to COVID-19 restrictions not all resort amenities may be available at this
time.



**You MUST be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA
rules! You will be asked to show ID upon arrival. The person booking the unit
must be present and staying in the unit during the entire length of stay.



**Tidewater Beach Resort charges a one-time $32.10 total per rental for parking
and wristbands upon arrival.**

LARGE KITCHEN

Whatever you’re looking for, you won’t regret picking a property with these key
amenities.  The well appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, coffee
maker, Keurig, slow cooker, blender, toaster, knife set, various dishes and
pans...anything you would need to prepare small snacks all the way to full
meals.




MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom includes a comfortable king sized mattress, smart TV, and
charging stations for all of your devices.  The attached master bathroom has a
show/tub combo and even a vanity mirror to help you get ready for those fun
nights out.




GUEST ROOM

The guest room comes with a queen size bed, smart TV, and charging stations. 
The attached private bathroom has a large shower and also includes a vanity
mirror.




BUNK ROOM

The bunk room has a fun sea life decor and includes bunk beds with full
twin-sized mattresses.  There is a door for additional privacy and also includes
its own separate bathroom with a large shower.




DINING AND LIVING ROOM

There is a spacious dining and living area with floor to ceiling windows that
offer breathtaking views of the crystal blue-green waters of the Gulf of
Mexico.  The large sliding door allows you to see, hear and feel the ocean. 
There is a smart TV with DVD player with family friendly DVDs, and book and
games for the whole family.




POOLS, HOT TUBS, AND ROMAN SPAS

The resort has two outdoor pools with hot tubs and one indoor pool along with
two indoor Roman spas boasting views of the water.

OTHER RESORT AMENTIES

Tidewater has something for everyone.  There is a Tiki bar at the West pool, a
small convenience store at the East Pool, a movie theater, video arcade, and
even a small restaurant.




LOCAL ATTRACTIONS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE

Pier Park is less than .5 miles away and is easily walkable.  Various shops such
as Dillard's, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Target.  Pier Park also has
various restaurants such as DICK'S Last Resort, Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild
Wings, Dave and Buster's, Red Robin and Pompano Joes.  Also nearby are various
local restaurants such as the Sandbar, Sharky's, Dusty's, Shuckem's, and many
more.
