How often should team building activities be conducted?
Tailored Team Building recommends conducting team building activities at least
once a year, but the frequency may depend on your team’s needs. New teams or
those undergoing significant changes may require more frequent team building
activities.
What are your recommended team building activities for remote? For outdoor?
For remote teams, Tailored Team Building offers:

For outdoor activities, we have adventure-based activities such as:

What is your cancellation policy?
Tailored Team Building requires a 20% non-refundable deposit for bookings. If a
booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, we may invoice for staff
costs. Postponements due to unforeseen circumstances can be rescheduled without
penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the event) may incur staffing
costs.

Incredibly fun team bonding experience

On Friday 18/10 myself along with my colleagues participated in a team bonding
experience through ' Sydney Amazing Race". From the moment i inquired with them
to the following days after the race, they have been nothing but an absolute
pleasure to deal with. Whilst their service was 150/10, it was also stress free
being the event organiser on my employers half. The detail in each email was
immaculate - meaning i rarely had to go back and ask questions and each time
every staff member was extremely helpful.
If you are looking at team bonding experiences, these are your guys!

Our team of 33 had a great time doing the Amazing race. It was a great activity
to promote team work and problem solving with lots of fun built in! Kerri made
the whole process very easy. Would recommend!

We used Tailored Team Building for a team-building activity in Brisbane. From
the start, the team were professional, passionate about what they do and very
responsive. The event team on the day of the Amazing Race maintained the

Our team had an incredible time participating in "The Amazing Race" event. It
was well-organized and kept everyone engaged with diverse challenges. The

From the get-go, this team building company brought an energy that was
contagious. Their event was impeccably organized, with activities that were both
engaging and challenging, perfectly tailored to our group. Every detail was
thought through, from the ice-breakers that actually broke the ice to the
complex tasks that required real teamwork. They created an environment where
every member of our team felt valued and heard, fostering a spirit of
cooperation that was palpable. Their facilitators were skilled at nudging us out
of our comfort zones, without pushing too far, making for an experience that was
as enjoyable as it was valuable. It was a day where every moment was a highlight

We struggled for ideas to do a team building exercise/work event and came across
the Amazing Race run by Kerri and the team.
Everyone had allot of fun doing the challenges and being all competitive. Thank

I'd give 10 stars if I could! The Tailored Team building were absolutely
incredible in assisting us to put together an Amazing Race around Brisbane for
500 people. They made it easy and enjoyable for all, super organised and great
communication. The team on the day were fun, brought the energy and really
brought the event alive! I look forward to working with them again in the
