Karan Batta is a senior vice president at Oracle, leading overall product
management for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). More than six years ago, Karan
joined Oracle to work on the early development of core OCI products such as
compute, storage, and networking. Previously, Karan worked on Microsoft’s core
engineering team as part of Microsoft Azure Compute, where he was responsible
for AI infrastructure such as GPUs and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs)

Nadia Bendjedou is a vice president of product strategy for apps at Oracle, with
cross-suite responsibility in go-to-market initiatives and customer success
activities. Nadia joined Oracle in 1991 and is a three-time recipient of the
Oracle Applications User Group’s Ambassador Award (2007, 2009, 2010). In 2023,
Nadia was named UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) Best Apps Speaker of the Year and

Matt Bradley is senior vice president of product development for business

ANDREW MENDELSOHN


EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, DATABASE SERVER TECHNOLOGIES

Andrew Mendelsohn is an executive vice president at Oracle, which he joined in
1984. He is responsible for key products and services centered on the Oracle
Database—managing the team that builds Oracle Database software products and
developer tools such as Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Data Safe, Oracle
APEX, and Oracle SQL Developer. Andrew’s team also owns the development, test,
and product management of the Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle
Big Data SQL products.

GARY MILLER


CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER

Gary Miller is a customer success officer at Oracle, helping customers
accelerate success and efficiently achieve transformational goals through deep
relationships and Oracle’s full lifecycle technologies and solutions with
unified delivery and support services. He is also an advocate for mental health
and well-being and is involved with innovations in prosthetics to improve
people's mobility and quality of life. Previously, Gary was executive vice
president and general manager of Advanced Customer Services. Gary holds a
first-class honors degree in laser and solid state physics from Oxford
University and has completed the Executive Leadership General Management Program
at Harvard Business School.

MIRANDA NASH


GROUP VICE PRESIDENT, APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGY

Miranda Nash is group vice president of applications development and strategy
for Oracle Fusion AI, responsible for the strategy and execution for AI-enabling
Oracle’s Fusion SaaS portfolio. Her team of Fusion AI data scientists, machine
learning (ML) engineers, and ML product managers provides the expertise to
accelerate the delivery of AI solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications.
Miranda also works across the company to advance AI at Oracle. Previously,
Miranda was cofounder, investor in, and general manager for a recruiting
industry SaaS company. She started her career as an engineer, then was a product
leader in database, data integration, and analytics at Oracle. Miranda holds a
BS and MBA in computer science, both from Stanford.

RONDY NG


EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, FUSION ERPM DEVELOPMENT

Rondy Ng is executive vice president of applications development at Oracle,
which he joined in 1990. He is responsible for leading product strategy, product
development, and product delivery for Oracle’s ERP applications and cloud
services. Under Rondy’s leadership, Oracle developed and delivered Oracle Cloud
ERP, which has been rapidly adopted by thousands of midsized, large, and global
organizations. He has worked closely with C-suite executives and heads of
finance, operations, and strategy to reimagine business processes while taking
advantage of the latest technologies in pursuit of new business models and
growth. Rondy holds a master’s degree in computer and electrical engineering
from Cornell University.

GREG PAVLIK


SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ORACLE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

Greg Pavlik is senior vice president and chief technology officer for Oracle
Cloud Platform, responsible for product strategy, the technical roadmap, and
solution architecture initiatives. Greg’s primary focus is on data integration,
big data, event streaming, and data science. Previously, Greg was vice president
for product engineering at Oracle, responsible for integration products in the
middleware portfolio. He started his career at Oracle in 2002 focused on
transaction processing and application server technology. Pavlik has a BSE in
materials science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA
from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

EDWARD SCREVEN


CHIEF CORPORATE ARCHITECT

Edward Screven is executive vice president and chief corporate architect at
Oracle, leading the teams driving product strategy, engineering, operations,
sales, and technical support for several Oracle products. As chief corporate
architect, Edward drives technology and architecture decisions across all Oracle
products and leads companywide strategic initiatives, including industry
standards and security. He is responsible for Oracle Labs, which identifies,
explores, and transfers new technologies that can highly improve Oracle’s—and
customers’—business. He’s responsible for many of Oracle’s best-known open
source programs, including Java, Oracle Linux, MySQL, and VirtualBox. Edward
studied computer science at Carnegie Mellon University.

ROB TARKOFF


EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER, FUSION CLOUD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Rob Tarkoff leads Oracle’s customer experience (CX) business, responsible for
the front-office application suite, including sales, service, marketing,
content, and industry cloud offerings. His goal is to help companies succeed in
providing their customers with the best experience across the front office. Rob
spent the past 15 years focused on CX, developing products and businesses for
both large and early-stage companies. Rob holds a BA from Amherst College magna
cum laude and a JD from Harvard Law School.

JENNY TSAI-SMITH


VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Jenny Tsai-Smith is vice president of Oracle Database product management,
leading inbound and outbound product management for Oracle Database, covering
both on-premises products and cloud services, plus the associated options and
add-on products. She shepherds products from design through development to
production and drives their adoption. She has held leadership roles spanning
technical support, education delivery, and acceleration of startups and
scientific research.

Pradeep Vincent is the senior vice president and chief technical architect (and
founding member) of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and he has been with
Oracle for nine years. With more than 20 years of experience engineering
high-scale cloud services at Oracle and Amazon Web Services, Pradeep has an
extensive understanding of cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and
networking.
