Am 21.12.2021 wurde meine Bestellung bestätigt: #TBO3858DE Bis heute
(31.01.2022) ist keine Lieferung erfolgt obwohl der Betrag von 74,95 EUR längst
von meiner Mastercard abgebucht wurde. Alle Versuche eine Mail an TBo zu senden
scheiterten. Ich bin sehr verärgert!!!

The product seemed very nice, I don’t have them right now. I ordered size
medium, but when I received my order they were all size XL. I could not find a
phone number to contact customer support. I sent several emails over a 4 day
period then when I finally got a response all they wanted was pictures of the
order I received. I sent pictures and I had to ask 4 or 5 times for a label to
ship the ones I received back. After dealing with this for over a week I finally
received a label by email. Waiting for my correct size to be mailed to me now.
Like I said the product seemed very nice but won’t really know until I receive
the correct size. Customer service was very slow to get back with me and took
forever to get a label to return the wrong size that they mailed to me.
