TRAINING

Wicked provides personal training to all humans regardless of physical
capabilities. We provide strength-based group training classes for women. Our
personal trainers are professional level, highly certified and offer more than
burpees and jumping jacks. Our programming is designed to create positive change
while fostering mental and physical well-being. We believe that building muscle
and strength will do more for our clients than limiting calories and pushing
cardio. We teach weight training. 

Our trainers' goal is to educate, encourage and cause positive change in our
clients' lives.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on One Personal Training is available with either of our owner/operating
trainers on an availability basis. We are not available for single scheduled
sessions, we train our clients for the long term. 




SCHEDULING OPTIONS

We offer either a 2x per week or a 3x per week training slot to our clients. One
session per week is not conducive to causing change therefore it is not offered.

A time slot each week will be decided on with your trainer during your consult.




PRICING AND PAYMENT

Session cost is $40 per.

Our sessions usually last anywhere from 30 to 45 min (but you get the whole
hour).

We take only cash or check. 

Payment schedule can be worked out with your trainer (weekly, monthly).




CONSULTATION

We offer consultations free of charge. During this time we will discuss your
goals, injuries, struggles etc.

This is not a movement focused consult and does not include a workout. 

Our consults last about 15 - 20 min.
