HOW TO BOOK?

This package is available from Wednesday – Sunday only.
Bookings must be made directly with the hotel by emailing
reservations.cphawkesburyvalley@ihg.com or calling 02 4577 4222 and selecting
extension 5

 

T’S & C’S

Full pre-payment is due at the time of booking. Must be booked 7 days prior to
arrival. Cannot be booked more than 6 weeks in advance. Package is subject to
availability. Dinner will be available in Barracks Bar on Wednesdays, Thursdays
& Sundays to the value of $130. A 3 course dinner will be available in Harvest
Restaurant on Fridays & Saturdays. In the event of tour cancellation by WCCC due
to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full credit will be provided to

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you cancel your private tour the following cancellation
applies:
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the booked tour date will be
provided a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled for any reasons within 14 days of the tour date incur a 100%
cancellation fee. No exceptions for any circumstances.
If a guest wishes to reschedule their tour date or transfer their booking to
alternate guests, this must be agreed to by WCCC management & Crowne Plaza
Hawkesbury Valley.
No transfer of tour date will be offered within 14 days of the booking. (unless
due to COVID – see policy below)

 

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you contract COVID-19 within 7 days of your tour, exceptions
to transferring the date of your tour, without charge, may be available at the
discretion of WCCC management & Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley. Exceptions may
also be made to reschedule your tour beyond 6 weeks from the original booking
date.
