Rob has been with us since the Avaya went in about 13 years ago, supporting the
whole estate of Avaya phones and the different call centres including the CSC,
Matrix, and IT. We couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful
person to support us over the years who has answered calls 24/7 even when on
holiday. He once sorted a problem for me while walking in the Hartz mountains in
Germany! It was a sad day when LCC switched from the Vodafone contract to using
Teams phone knowing we would lose the fantastic support Rob gave us. I am sure
many of you will be able to recollect a time he has helped us out. Rob has moved
onto another Vodafone / ipnetix contract so is busy again but I suspect, not as
busy as he has been for LCC. Rob will pop in for a drink but we need to confirm
when so will let people know.

For all of the midnight support, support from another country, support through
text while I am in the cinema and cannot deal with an issue! For all of the in
depth explanations to ensure we understood, for making sure everyone else who
may deal with the issue knew for the next time! We truly could not have
functioned in the CSC and particularly the OOH without you on board, thank you!

Infact I question if you are actually batman because he had a special red phone
and always answered it like you. All the best from me, the IT Service Desk team
and commissionaire Gordon, because without you Gotham City would be ruined.

For all the phone calls I made to you, where I had no idea what I was trying to
explain but somehow you understood and knew what the problem is - thank you
kindly! :) You've been a real asset over the lifetime of the contract and it's a
shame we have to say bye. I really hope we work again somewhere down the line!

lucky to have you supporting us for all these years and always at ours and the
