Quick and Easy!
Wow! Matt Durand from Pinnacle Realty made selling our house such a breeze. He
explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from establishing our
list price to considering multiple offers. We listed, sold, and closed on the
house all within 4 weeks. During a busy and hectic time, Matt's attention to
detail and willingness to go the extra mile relieved our workload and tension

Our experience with and time involved with Matt for the sale of our home was
quick and easy. They did a walk-thru of our home and made us a fair offer that
was in the range we reality. We had tenants that needed to move and their
contract stated the could be 30 days. They are in their 70s and would he hard to
move in that time frame. Offer Markerz worked with us we were able to give me
extra time. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company was awesome to work with. I called them about selling my house and
they were quick to respond. I had an offer the same day they came out to look at
the house. It was enough to pay off my mortgage and then some. Closing was a
breeze and they gave me more then enough time to find another place to live and
move out. I didn't have to clean, paint or improve the house in anyway. I highly
recommend this company. Matt Durand stayed in contact with me and was very

I had a home that needed a lot of work that I wanted to sell as is. I met with
them at the home for less than an hour and had an excellent cash offer with no
closing costs within 2 days. I had 2 people living there so they let me pick my
closing date in order to give them time to move out. This was by far the best
