πΊπΈ English (US) Reservations Team Leader/Supervisor Hyatt π CR π Full-time 9 days ago Description -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. * Reservations Supervisor is responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department * Optimize and manage room inventory to maximize availability and revenue potential * Establish and maintain professional relationships with outside vendors, S&M representatives, owners and other company partners * The Reservations Supervisor will have daily contact with internal personnel which includes sales, marketing, Revenue and Front Office teams * Ensures Reservations agents maintain an updated awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication. * Maximizes the effectiveness of employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring. * Assists to conduct annual Performance Development Discussions with employees and to support them in their professional development goals. * Assists to plan and implement effective training programs for employees in coordination with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers. * Encourages employees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation. * Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics. * Supports the implementation of changes as a result of the Employee Opinion Survey. * Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Reservations * Good problem solving, operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. * Well-developed communication and customer relations skills. * Have studied business administration or hospitality Apply Now Β© 2021 Work4 β Privacy Policy β Cookies β Terms of Use Continue without accepting YOUR CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE IS A PRIORITY FOR WORK4 We use cookies or similar technologies to provide you with our service, personalize it, measure the audience and optimize your experience.
