BISHOP HIGGINS

Bishop Raymond A. Higgins is a man of faith who has experienced a transformative
journey in his relationship with God.  

His testimony exemplifies Psalms 124:1-2 “If it had not been for the Lord on my
side where would I be.”One of his favorite songs is ‘Amazing Grace’ how sweet
the sound that saved a wretch like me, I once was lost and now I’m found, how do
you like me now!
