   IMPACTLAB BUILDS THE CAPACITY OF FRONT-LINE EDUCATORS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS
   AFFECTING STUDENT OUTCOMES WITHIN THEIR SCHOOL COMMUNITIES.
   
    
   
   THE IMPACTLAB FELLOWSHIP PROVIDES COMMUNITY, COACHING, AND ESSENTIAL
   INNOVATION AND LEADERSHIP LEARNINGS WHILE PARTICIPANTS DESIGN, TEST, AND
   BUILD THEIR SOLUTION. OVER THE SPAN OF TEN MONTHS (SEPTEMBER - JUNE) OUR

   Learn the “how-to” of turning an idea into a solution through
   problem-solving, design and leadership skills.
   
   BUILD
   
   
   
   Build and launch your “solution” with the support of your coach and peers.
   Produce a "How-to Kit" (see example) to share it with educators everywhere.
   
   CONNECT
   
   
   
   Connect with innovative educators from across the US. Develop lasting
   relationships and expand your professional network.

   • Elevate the Practitioners •
   In any industry it is the practitioners who have the deepest insights into
   problems, solutions and possibilities. K12 education is no exception.
   
   • Invest in Individuals •
   
   Individuals aren't widgets. They are creative beings who without warning may
   see a path to new possibilities. We need to spark self-awareness and
   cultivate capacity and a sense of agency within individuals.
   
   • Expanding Educational Opportunity •
   
   Innovation is a means, not an end in itself. We support educators who are
   driven by a passion for educational opportunity and want to develop solutions
   to local manifestations of inequity.
   
   • Diversity Required •
   
   If we are going to manifest a more equitable and adaptive education system we
   need to engage the full spectrum of stakeholders in envisioning and executing
   that reality.
   
   • Connect & Collaborate •
   
   Entrepreneurial-minded people are driven by definition. But individual drive
   on its own does not bring success. Innovators need support, guidance, a
   community of peers and aligned collaborators.
