WELCOME TO THE KAIJACK SUPPORT CENTER

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a
support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number
which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference
we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid
email address is required to submit a ticket.

Before submitting a support ticket we strongly recommend checking for the answer
in our Knowledgebase (FAQ), which is updated regularly with helpful information
based on past tickets that have already been resolved.

SegPay requires any 2 of the following pieces of information to correctly

If you are not sure who you signed up through, please create a support ticket
and we will be happy to assist you.

When filling out a ticket please provide as much information as possible so we
can accurately identify your account. Items that are helpful include the Email
address you used to sign up, your full name, your username, and the website you
joined.
