“Upgrade” button at the top right corner of your screen, or visit the billing

If you exceed your order limit for the month, we stop sending review request
emails. Reach out to us or upgrade your account on the billing page to keep
collecting customer content.
Loyalty & Referrals:
If you exceed your order limit for the month, we’ll charge for additional
orders.
For Silver plans – $0.35 per order after 200 total orders per month;
For Gold plans – $0.20 per order after 800 total orders per month;
Can I change my plan later?
Of course — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, in any of the
products.
What if I want to cancel my plan?
No problem, you can cancel at any time.
