I’m a User Researcher & Experience Designer and I got started in UX in 2005. In
2012 started my own UX consultancy where I’ve worked with clients worldwide. 

In 2012 I created and taught General Assembly’s very first 12-week UX immersive
in NYC.

I’ve given UX talks and workshops all over the world including London, Sydney,
Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, NYC, and more.

Google’s tried to hire me twice, but I turned them down. Best decision ever.  

My passion is to see UX and Product professionals have the confidence and

You will have the opportunity to join our live group coaching calls which happen
every week over Zoom where our team will answer your questions and help you
strategize about specific situations in your career journey. These calls will be

pre-recorded and done by our team of expert coaches.

What is the refund policy for the Career Strategy Lab program?

Due to the digital nature of this program and the fact that it contains

live lectures.

You will have the opportunity to join our live group coaching calls which happen

What if I'm not a designer? Will this work for me if I'm a researcher, writer,
product manager or something else?

Will this program teach me how to do UX? Is it a replacement for a UX bootcamp?

No, the Career Strategy Lab is not a UX bootcamp or education program. It will
not teach you how to do UX. If you are just starting out and are looking for a
program to teach you how to do UX, then this program is not for you.

Do you offer a guarantee that I will get hired?

No, we do not guarantee that you will get hired. This is simply out of our
control and thus, not something we can promise! We do not act as a recruiting
service and do not have influence over the hiring decisions of hiring managers
or companies.

Do you offer an income sharing agreement (ISA)?

No. We do not offer income sharing agreement models for Career Strategy Lab.
