ABOUT AMORIA BOND CHARITABLE TRUST

HELP US BUILD ACCOMMODATION FOR A CHILDREN'S REFUGE IN THE SHANTY-TOWN REGION OF
LAS LADERAS, PERU, TO HOUSE, SUPPORT AND CARE FOR MORE VULNERABLE KIDS AND YOUNG
PEOPLE IN ONE OF THE WORLD'S POOREST COMMUNITIES.

The Amoria Bond Charitable Trust is a registered charity set up by staffing,
recruitment and management-consulting company AB Group in 2009 to promote and
facilitate a culture of giving back. It is a grant-making trust primarily funded
by contributions from the company and our employees. The charity has donated
over £220,000 to a range of charities and community projects.

The Trust has partnered with Project Peru for over ten years. Project Peru is a
UK registered charity that runs a children's refuge in Peru, providing a safe
place to live and learn for vulnerable children from impoverished families and
often tragic and heart-breaking circumstances. The refuge is entirely staffed by
local people and volunteers and relies entirely on donations as it receives zero
government support or funding.

Thanks to the generosity of Amoria Bond employees and supporters, we have built
100 houses and two soup kitchens in the refuge's surrounding community of
Laderas - a shantytown in the foothills of Lima - as well as funding hundreds of
care packages of essential items every Christmas.

We have developed a close relationship with the staff and children at Project
Peru's Refuge, and have seen first-hand the positive sustained impact they have
on the lives of the children they look after - our employee volunteers stay and
help at the refuge whenever we send volunteer teams to help with our projects in
Las Laderas.

By financing the building, we will be providing local jobs for builders,
tradespeople, teachers and refuge staff whilst also ensuring more children can
complete their education and gain meaningful employment. All of which will
contribute back to their local economy and community... a positive, sustainable
cycle of impact on children's entire lives and the wider community of Las
Laderas.

Can you help us to hit our fundraising target? Every penny raised will go
directly to the project as Amoria Bond covers all overheads.

It's hard to fully grasp until you've been to Las Laderas, but to get an idea of
the kind of poverty we're talking about and by contrast, what a wonderful place
Project Peru's Children's Refuge is and why it's so important to extend the
support and care they provide we encourage you to check out some of the projects
we've supported there over the years:
