WELCOME

Welcome to the European Symposium on Research in Computer Security (ESORICS)
2015 Web Site. This is the 20th symposium in the ESORICS series. This year the
Symposium will be held in Vienna, Austria at the Vienna University of
Technology, on September 23-25, 2015. Several co-located workshops will be held
in conjunction with the Symposium, on September 21-22, 2015.

Computer security is concerned with the protection of information in
environments where there is a possibility of intrusion or malicious action. The
aim of ESORICS is to further the progress of research in computer security by
establishing a European forum for bringing together researchers in this area, by
promoting the exchange of ideas with system developers and by encouraging links
with researchers in related Areas.

Since its inception in 1990, ESORICS has been hosted in a series of European
countries and has established itself as the premiere European research event in
computer security.

FP-BLOCK FIREFOX PLUGIN

The FP-Block Firefox plugin ensures that each visited website is provided with a
unique fingerprint. This ensures that all embedded parties also see that unique
fingerprint, and thus no longer can track users across different Websites.

The paper will be presented in Session 4A- the plugin as open source file can be
downloaded here.
