ABOUT US AND WHAT WE WANT TO DO

Hi, my name is Chris and I own Real Health Supplements LTD which trades as
British Supplements TM. You will see me very soon when I start to make videos
about our products and general videos about all things in the Health industry. I
will also make videos of where we get our powders from travelling to see farms
and products all over the world and look to blog about this to show you guys
everything.

We are based in N.Ireland (UK) and I created this business due to the sorry
state that the food industry is in especially supplements. Nothing is made for
people its all just made for profit and that's where we come in. We will look to
have about 200 Clean Premium Supplements in our online store.

After that, we hope to manufacturer our own Spirulina capsules. Once we do that
we would like to import the raw flowers and roots and manufacturer our own
powders. No supplement company has ever done any of these. 99.9% of powders are
imported plus they don't care that much about their products.

We would also like to make a raw supplement line if this is possible. We will
look to open some stores throughout the UK as well because you won't see our
products in the shops. Why? Because our products are so expensive to make we
could not wholesale them.

Remember we only make the best supplements. We don't buy the cheap bulked out
powders and then the supplement factory bulks them again as they have to put
them through their machines and mass make millions of them. I call this double
bulking and its disgusting isn't it?

For example, our Turmeric is real Turmeric made from the root and not lab made
(GMO) like the cheap stuff out there. I see the prices they are selling it at
and its not even our cost price so it's impossible to wholesale our products to
be resold. We already give you the best prices we currently can plus we don't
lie about the prices with pretend sales every day.

Excellent supplement

Just to say this isn't a fix it supplement. They work subtly just like any
natural remedies. Milk thistle has reduced my night sweats so now I just get
warm and they are manageable .I'm fine with that. It's been a great help.
The packaging is simple and mine seem to close ok. However I do use old tablet
bottles to take some out for convenience. That's a simple solution to slightly
iffy closing.
Some other supplements I have I started taking but but back away as personally I
feel that I introduce one at a time, so I know what's doing what, therefore
whether one may not be the right one to be taking. If I don't get a result may
be I don't need it, or it's not the right one for the moment. Plus if I did take
say lots I would probably need to look at my actual diet first.

Berberine

I take HRT after 10 years of horrendous hot flushes and no sign of relief.
Although I'm happy with almost zero hot flushes I'm aware that the balance isn't
quite right (a few chin hairs). Since taking Berberine for almost a month things
are definitely more balanced and no chin hairs.

These vitamins are pleasant/easy to take and I feel like I'm just beginning to
function more clearly. My energy is rising which is really great and overall I
just feel uplifted. It's really great knowing that the vits are made with such
care.

It took about 5 months to find my solution by adding 5HTP

Sometime back in July I wanted to find a solution for my insomnia. I was
previously taking Amitriptyline which worked but I did not want to continue.
Each time I weaned off, the insomnia returned. I had read there was much in the
way of supplements that could help and I found British Supplements.
I started with Mega Magnesium and Valerian and stuck with this quite a while but
sleep was still very problematic. Tried Magnesium Threonate too on its own and
taking one of each. Then I added Ashwagandha gave this a good while too but
still sleep was not good. I take Vit D3 & K2 at night as this is said to also
help with sleep.
I added 5HTP about 3 weeks ago and ever since then I have slept a good 7 to 8
hours every night. If I use the bathroom I get straight back to sleep. I’m so
pleased with this result as it’s taken me a long time.
My thinking now is do I need to take out any of the supplements as I feel I’m
taking a lot.
Might leave that a little while before I try.
I’ve also taken Turmeric for the last 3 months or so which have proved very
effective for my painful clicking knee.
So I’m glad I kept going with getting the right stack for my issue.

Pain significantly reduced

After only 6 weeks of taking, the pain in my hands has reduced significantly, it
was so bad that I could not hold my phone because of the pain. I do like to talk
to my friend on the phone so this was a real problem. I really don't know what
id have done with out British Suplements. I also take Turmeric. My advise would
be don't think about it just do it, what have you got to lose apart from the
pain.Thank you

D3/K2, mega magnesium

I have been taking the D3/K2 and magnesium for over a year with a gap during the
Summer. I had an annual thyroid check a couple of months ago and also asked for
a D test. D level was 162. Thyroid had changed for the first time in 30+ years -
thyroxine from 125mcg a day down to 100mcg a day. Interesting! I also take/have
taken many other products from BS since I discovered the company in Summer 2023.
