Citrix Workspace App - Updates Available What You Need to Know As part of our regular system maintenance, an update to the software that permits Citrix access is now available in software center. You must update your computer before October 1st or your system will update automatically. This update should take approximately 5 minutes and your computer will not reboot. After the installation completes, your Citrix session may need to be maximized across multiple monitors. If you need help reconfiguring your screen settings, a Quick Reference Guide can be found here.* *Users may be prompted to 'Sign in to keep reading' the document if not already logged into the Service Desk Connect Portal. What You Need to Do Important Notes: * Users must access Software Center to download and complete the software update outside of their Citrix session. * Users can minimize an active Citrix session to initiate the download from Software Center. Once completed, the software updates will be available upon next login to the Citrix Workspace App. * Users who access Citrix via their personal computer can download and install the latest Citrix Workspace App directly from the Citrix website using this link. The ‘Why’ Regular updates to systems and software are necessary to keep your computer safe and performing correctly.
