So Utsuho. Or Okuu. She's an absolute goober, incredibly powerful due to her
abilities yet at the same time extremely dense. She was given her powers in an
attempt to bring nuclear fusion to the world of Gensokyo, but thought she was
being asked to take over the world instead. She's better now, but she's
certainly no smarter... and no less popular actually, given how beloved she
