KEITH BEINDORF

Senior Product Manager

After serving three different universities in enrollment management roles, Keith
transitioned to education technology to create great products for admissions
professionals. With a passion for relationship management, data analytics and
strategy, he has worked with PeopleSoft, College Board, and Admissions Lab but
now serves as Senior Product Manager for the Encoura platform.

BRIDGET KURKOWSKI

Vice President of Enrollment Services

With 21 years of experience in enrollment management, Bridget is no stranger to
all the roles admissions professionals take on. Her career started as a tour
guide and work study student in the Office of Admission and went all the way to
the chief enrollment officer overseeing both Admission and Financial Aid. The
last seven years of Bridget’s career has been with Encoura, where she helped to
build the Enrollment Marketing Services team and the Enrollment Services team.

Her real motivation in working in enrollment management are the students and the
professionals within the Office of Admission. Helping students find and pursue
their passion is super rewarding, but Bridget is also fulfilled in mentoring and
cultivating the next generation of enrollment managers.
