In April 2024 the hacking group USDoD claimed it had stolen 2.9 billion personal
records from NationalPublicData.com, a company that specializes in collecting
and aggregating public records.

These records have now surfaced on the dark web and researchers have confirmed

addresses, phone numbers, and social security numbers) belonging to tens of
